1. Delete Your Account In The App

You can permanently delete your Carmundo account directly inside the mobile app:

1. Open Carmundo and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

2. Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, send your request from the email linked to your Carmundo account to:

support@carmundo.app

For verification, include your username and the email address used for registration.

3. What Gets Deleted

• Your profile and account details.
• Your garage, posts, comments, and social activity.
• Your direct messages and related app content.
• Your push notification token and preferences.

4. Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial compliance obligations.

• Required legal and compliance logs.
• Payment and transaction records required for tax/legal purposes.
• Data necessary to enforce our legal rights and obligations.

5. Processing Time

We process verified deletion requests as quickly as possible and usually within 30 days.
